Who has a grasp on public financing and what do expenditure limits mean for Edwards in IA?
The apparent expenditure limit for 2007 in Iowa $1,486,433.

I suppose that will go up for 2008 but since the Iowa caucus is now Jan 3rd, I am not sure how much of factor it will be.

George Will, Edwards will have to start staying in Motel6, $5 lunches, when campaigning. Nothing fancy.
