Urgent Message from Mike Gravel!
God love him - wish I had the money to help keep his campaign going. He calls the other candidates on their BS.

Even if you've read this, it's worth repeating.

Corporate censorship has taken over the Presidential race. I have
been excluded unfairly from the MSNBC Debate at Drexel University
this Tuesday. Why? GE owns MSNBC and NBC. Last minute, they
claimed I did not raise enough money.

I won't stand for this in my country!

Join me for this truly historic event, tonight! LIVE.
http://Gravel2008.us/LIVEDEBATE

I am broadcasting via WebCast tonight from Philadelphia
across from the debate site at Drexel University and I will be
answering many of the same debate questions that Hillary and the
others are answering at the MSNBC debate. So join me on the web
at 6pm PT, 7pm MT, 9pm ET at http://Gravel2008.us/LIVEDEBATE
...bookmark this page

If you live in the Philadelphia area, I will be at World Cafe Live
http://www.worldcafelive.com with hundreds of supporters and
anti-war protestors to protest GE (the owner of MSNBC and NBC) and
corporate media censorship in this election. Join me at "World Cafe
Live" -- doors open at 8:30pm ET.

Even if you have donated to my campaign, I urge you to donate
again. I need you to take a stand with me today. According to
NBC, money talks. Let's show them we can speak up!

Yours in gratitude,
Senator Mike Gravel

1. Shit, I hate mix messages
Is he saying:

1) donate to him so he can play by their rules

or

2) fuck their rules, we have the net and YouTube and we don't need no stinkin' badges.

Me, I go with 2.

2. I admire the fact that he is doing that, good for him. I'd be shocked if any
MSM source picked up this story.

3. They don't like what he has to say, so of course he's excluded.
It's sickening.

5. I do not think it was fair to exclude Gravel from the debate.
As for the issue of 'he has not raised enough money', this should
be irrelevant as it appears his campaign is still running and he
does have some following. He has been allowed to participate up
to now, why start excluding him after he has already debated.
If anything, they should have excluded the biased Tim Pus-ert who
kept trying to put words in the candidates' mouths or twisting
what they said to suit his agenda. In NO debate should the moderators
have that wide of a margin of air time over the most of the candidates
participating in the debate. If MSNBC wanted an Edwards/Clinton/Obama
debate, that is what they should have done.

8. I think this is a rather large issue.
I'm far more concerned that we are being led around by a corporate leash than just about any other thing that is happening these days.

Gravel would make a better president than people realize. And I'm offended to see people write him off as just some old guy.

This isn't about Gravel. This is about the media we are supposed to have. The one that isn't on our side. The one that is literally manufacturing a message they want us to see. Not the truth.

It's a big deal.
