1. Isn't that the lowest approval rating of any President?
Worst President Ever. All Congress would have to do to get a 40% or higher approval rating is Impeach Bush and Cheney, for starters. Is this the worst Congress in history, or what? 11%. Shameful, and they don't care. I detest them all...except for Kucinich, The Black Caucus and Feingold in the Senate. That's about it.
