How will Americans react?

- the common folk
- the talking heads
- the media in general
- the repugs in congress
- the dems in congress
- the presidential candidates
- the iranians
- the israelis
- the russians & chinese
- the european union
- the iranian americans

I'm curious - I'm thinking that if we begin to think through these reactions now - might we be able to stop * from doing this?

or will we just sit back and say - I didn't think he'd do it.

How can we stop this from happening before its too late?

that's why I'm suggesting that we get in the heads of the above named groups and predict how they would react. Maybe through these predictions - we can do something pro-active so that they won't have to react to such an ugly situation.

11. I know I'll be scared as hell. I fear for all the young people who would be drafted.

- The common folk, will think ‘this can’t be good” and then they’ll eat their dinner

- The talking heads, will ask “how will this effect the elections?”

- The media in general, will report about our new “shock and awe”, then go back to talking about celebrities.

- The repugs in congress, will claim, for safety reasons “we had to do it” .

- For the dems in congress, it will be business as usual, DLC dems will support an attack while the le$$er known dems will be struggling to be heard.

- As for the presidential candidates, conservatives will jump on board while “unpatriotic” “peaceniks” will be torn apart.

- The Iranians, -God, I feel so sorry for them. They live in fear everyday of their lives.

- The Israelis, will be on watch.

- The Russians & Chinese, will hopefully not bombing us.

- The European union, ...leaders will support America in word only, while citizens will curse the Bush administration.

- The Iranian Americans along with all Middle Eastern Americans will continue to feel as if everyone is looking at them with hate.

12. I don't know if we can stop it.

Civil disobedience that effects people's daily lives would force everyone to face the issue. But, I'm not sure there are enough people willing to engage in large scale civil diaobedience that we can make it effect their lives.

I have been going over this again and again and again. I see it happening, I feel it happening, and I have nightmares about it happening.
I don't know how to help prevent this on a global level. In my mind I Curse all the people in the government and the media, that they live in the world they created, but I don't want to live in their world. It feels as if we are living in someone else's reality, and I (We) are Dorothy, trying to get home. I have protested, called,emailed, snail mailed letters to my congressmen, senators, etc. And then depression hits, my daughter, so very young, all the children on this mother Earth, will they have a future? Will my lineage even carry on?
The Mayan Calendar ends on 12/21/2012, Is this a warning? AAHHH, How do we as a whole STOP THEM. One answer is simple, and that is a hostile take over of the Media, to try to get the TRUTH out. Now I sound like some frickin` conspiracy freak!!! The Russians and Chinese: That ranges from a full exchange (a full suicide pact) to measured military responses, ranging from weapons to the Iranians, to actually blockading the US. Oh and the Chinese will call in our debt, collapsing our economy. Recent Bear flights over Alaska are a signal of where we are going with this. By the way worst case scenarios really don't occur, but a full nuclear exchange is still possible, and we are getting closer to midnight.

The EU will probably for for economic sanctions against the US, which will make us suffer even more.

Iranian Americans will snap too and shut up in the early stages

By the way... out of this I see the break up of this country and quite possibly a civil war. Oh and I also foresee the end of the American Empire

17. OK - So There You Have It - There Is Nothing We Can Do To Stop This Insanity.....

what I'm hearing is that there is no way that all the american people; the media; the talking heads; congress - Repugs and Dems: presidential candidates; Iranians; Iranian Americans; Israelis, Russians, Chinese and the EU can get together and stop *Co from going ahead with this.

We all can sit back and predict what will happen and how bad it will be if *Co does attack Iran - but collectively we can't do nothing to prevent it.

If *Co is insane enough to go through with this - I just don't want to hear from 'all of the above' that - we should or could have done this or that to prevent this. We could have stopped *Co. That would be just sad.
