10. A year before the primary who cares..
This politics politics debate debate debate is getting old quick. And who do we have to thank for jumping the gun. OBAMA if he had waited til the regular time we wouldn't be sick to death of all this. AND he would have had more time to build up his reputation for a person who knew about foreign policy and all the stuff a president needs to know. Right now he is lacking and since he is being scrutinized so much he can't get much of a chance to learn . It is a shame.

Unless the Kucinich site is hitting the poll, I have a hard time imagining how Kucinich is leading...he did a great job, of course, but Stephanopoulos did his damndest to keep him out of the debate as much as possible, IMO. It was about 25 min. in before Kucinich got to say ANYTHING. And everyone (except maybe Gravel) got WAY more time than he did.

I also found the constant attempts by Stephanopoulos to get the candidates to attack each other - really annoying. Let them talk about their plans, stop trying to spark feuds. Of course, if the Dems aren't attacking each other, it isn't compelling enough television - and harder for Stephanopoulos' corporate masters to claim that the Dems are infighting and backstabbing. :eyes:

16. I didn't really find Obama all that compelling...
again.

He just doesn't come off all that well for me. Clinton actually comes off better overall for me, and that's despite my distrust of her DLC background.
