Rudy flip-flopped on immigration

A 1996 video has been unearthed in which Rudy Giuliani is heard saying that "We'll Never, Ever Be Able To Totally Control Immigration".
That was back in the days when he had to pander to New York progressives.
Last Tuesday, during a speech in South Carolina, Rudy promised to "end illegal immigration."

Rudy would say anything to get elected.
