3. Kicking ass???
The article states - Clinton’s lead over Obama has declined for four straight days, ever since she made controversial comments defending lobbyists at the Yearly Kos bloggers’ convention over the weekend (see daily history). Just 24% of voters believe that Clinton would not be influenced by lobbyists.

I hope she continues to "kick ass".

that is getting kicked.

Why is Obama the one mentioned?

Interesting turn of words.

As a Democrat, I'd prefer to praise all of them for getting the Democratic message out.

Yea for all of them and Rasmussen is once again in the back and front pocket of the GOP.

8. Hillary voted for the war
She might be a gazillion points ahead, but it doesn't change the fact that she enabled the War Chimp to go to war.

10. Actually, the trend is HRC down, BO up ever since the BO/JE attacks over lobbyists begain
Edited on Wed Aug-08-07 10:55 PM by draft_mario_cuomo
8/5

HRC 45%
BO 21%
JE 13%

8/8

HRC 38%
BO 27%
JE 13%

Why is this happening? This helps provide an answer: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/24_say_clinton_would_not_be_influenced_by_lobbyist Only 24% of people think HRC would not be influenced by lobbyists--while 48% think she would be. That provides a window into how HRC is viewed on the corruption issue in general, largely a legacy of years of right-wing attacks against alleged Clinton corruption. Still, it seems to be a real problem for her. I am surprised. I thought the lobbyist thing would go nowhere but it has proven to be far more effective than the IWR card.

11. "kicking ass"
I'm sorry, maybe I'm an old fart, but I wish people would stop treating this like a game or a sport. This time it's so important to get progressive ideas across, that a little seriousness and thought is called for. This being a melting pot of progressive thought has always impressed me,so let's get on with electing progressive dems. whoever they may be. We just have to get rid of all the rethugs that are running us into the ground.

They're ALL good.

We need to save the heavy guns for the Election. The Primary can take care of itself.

16. I doubt Kooch would be supportive of this OP.
And I doubt most DK supporters would like it either.

The OP is clearly desperate tonight. ;)

15. I've got this little nugget from rassmussen too. check it out, Michigan
In the race for the Democratic Presidential nomination, New York Senator Hillary Clinton has fallen below the 40% mark for the first time in more than two weeks. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Clinton at 38% and Illinois Senator Barack Obama at 27%. Clinton’s lead over Obama has declined for four straigusht days, ever since she made controversial comments defending lobbyists at the Yearly Kos bloggers’ convention over the weekend (see daily history). Just 24% of voters believe that Clinton would not be influenced by lobbyists.
