Video of Republican voice vote?
A couple of years ago there was a voice vote in congress in which the Republican majority leader at the time asked for a voice vote and there were a chorus of Nays from the Democracts, very loud, and then maybe one Aye from the Republicans and the majority leader passed it as an Aye. I'm trying to find this video, I don't remember what the vote was on though... if you have a link to the video or know which bill it was, I'd appreciate the help.
