Bill and Hillary Clinton drew up a secret plan 15 years ago under which each of them would occupy the White House for eight years, according to one of several new books about the leading Democratic candidate for the US presidency.

According to the book - which has been dismissed by Mrs Clinton's aides - even before they were married, the couple had formulated a plan to reinvent the Democratic Party and make it to the White House. That blueprint was updated after Bill Clinton's election victory in 1992, with the proposal that she would run once he had left office.

The claim adds to the perception of the methodical, driven nature of the Clinton campaign for the presidency - a race in which she is currently the front-runner within her party. Taken with other allegations contained in a separate book, it also boosts a widely held belief in political circles, that by the late 1980s, the Clinton marriage had become little more than a mutually-beneficial political arrangement.

In 2005 there were at least 3 books attempting to derail Hillary’s senate campaign. This year we have 2 books published already and another 2 books emerging in June. The old zest and verve in anti-Hillary books is gone however. In previous years the authors of these screeds actually believed they would accomplish the destruction of Hillary. Now they just look at the calendar to see how they can profit from her ascension to the White House.

We checked Amazon to see how many books have been published about Hillary. Here is a short list of some books about Hillary Clinton. The long list of Hillary books serves to underline the many years of experience Hillary has as well as how she has prospered under this examination. They both planned on running for president almost 20 years ago? So what? She's always been politically active. I don't think it's any secret she's been ambitious. And frankly, I don't see why I should be concerned about that. And the state of their marriage is not really anyone's business anyways.

The only thing that I did find interesting is the following:
