Biden - Great job on Hardball tonight

Biden and Matthews went after Giuliani pretty hard tonight. Matthews threw Biden one right down the middle in regards to Giuliani saying that Bush just continued what Clinton wanted to do - regime change. As usual Biden hit it out of the park. In this Hardball appearance, Biden says Bush "usurped" the Iraq resolution provisions; but what has he done to hold Bush accountable?
