Lawmaker forms group dedicated to Reagan
It's good that people are remembering Reagan.

Because, after all, when it came time to be called to account for Iran-Contra, Reagan couldn't remember anything himself.

This is who we have to be campaigning against-- Zombie Ronald Reagan in 2008.

Lawmaker forms group dedicated to Reagan

CONCORD, N.H. -- A New Hampshire lawmaker is creating a new Republican organization to promote the ideals of former President Ronald Reagan.

New Hampton Representative Fran Wendelboe says the New Hampshire Reagan Network she's working on will promote socially and fiscally conservative issues. She denies that the new group is a reaction to her two unsuccessful attempts to become chairman of the state Republican Party, saying the two groups are compatible and not in competition.

The state party does not take sides in primaries, so this group will fill a void in trying to educate voters about Republican principles, Wendelboe said. "Many have told me they want to get involved in making sure candidates support the party platform," she said. "I don't have any animosity."

Wendelboe likened the organization to the Conservative Political Victory Fund, a political action committee formed in the 1980s to financially support like-minded candidates.

But Republican State Chairman Fergus Cullen says the state already has an organization dedicated to Ronald Reagan -- it's called the Republican State Committee.

Ronald Reagan and Astrology

<snip>

Nancy Reagan was deeply committed to seeking her destiny in astrology. These two people were as nice as sinners can be, but Ronald Reagan did not live a convincing life of a Bible believer. Nancy is a pagan, albeit a very nice one.

I wish it were not so, but the truth is, recent leaders of the United States of America have all been ungodly men. The last truly born again President was Benjamin Harrison, who was a genuine soul winner and proved it by leading a student at Yale to salvation in Jesus Christ. All other Presidents talked the talk, but they walked in the hog pen in their public choices and conduct.

Was Benjamin Harrison a real President? Huh... Wikipedia says yes! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benjamin_Harrison
