Hey, Matthew Dowd, it's too f-ing late for you to wax poetic about how
you were shucked and jived by this band of liars, theives, and crooks. Your new-found conscience is neither needed nor wanted. Get lost.

1. I am willing to forgive him, IF he goes to Iraq and clothes and feeds the Iraqi orphans.
AND then goes to Walter Reed and sits among the rats with US soldiers
who are in comas and/or missing most of their body parts.

Then maybe, just maybe, he will finally realize the price others have paid for his stupidity.

11. From the article (not clear whether his son is IN Iraq yet:
"His views against the war began to harden last spring when, in a personal exercise, he wrote a draft opinion article and found himself agreeing with Mr. Kerry’s call for withdrawal from Iraq. He acknowledged that the expected deployment of his son Daniel was an important factor."

12. His new found "morality" is totally self serving then.
Apparently killing other people's children is acceptable.
Just not his.

2. This late night confession might be good for him, but I question how
any so-called hi-powered "political analyst" could have been suckered in by these criminals. Hope he is proud with what he has enabled...

4. I agree, they all knew what Bush and Rove were. And they didn't care.
As long as they could pocket their part of the US Treasury.
And get a nice plum govt appointment.

15. it's never too late
this hurts the Bush junta and will encourage other high ranking Republicans to abandon ship.

This sort of thing should be encouraged, not derided.
