Saddam wants "time". He may be as close as 1 year out to Nuclear weapons.

We were too slow during WWII, he says.

America must ask careful questions about our past and our future. What we must not do in the face of a mortal threat is to "hope for the best"...

As Bush said, "Time is not on our side".

This is as grave a threat as can be imagined.

The entire world should know that we will take whatever action is necessary to ensure our freedoms here in the United States!

If the United State could have pre-empted 9/11, we would have.

But we now face an even greater threat.
