Are we ready for a hung jury in the Libby case? IMO, that is the most
to hope for, with a DC jury.

2. A hung jury would convict Libby
Only a jury with no berries would let him walk.

9. Well, all the legal analysts predicted a DC jury would be
less likely to be sympathetic and thus acquit Libby prior to the trial... So, what has changed now?

11. Why is that the most we can hope for with a DC jury?
Aren't DC juries usually anti-GOP?

12. DC is just one big company town, and the path of least resistance is
a non decision (hung jury). Too much evidence for a not guilty vote and too much courage needed for a guilty vote. So I expect a hung jury.

14. Please define a DC jury. I've heard they are primarily liberal for the area,
but also savvy. Correct me or elaborate, please.

16. Even zoning and trash collection is controlled by the Gov in DC. It's a
company town. If you don't work for the Gov., your job depends on the Gov. If retired your pension depends on the Gov. I just think the burden will be too much for a guilty vote. I think a few will take the easy way and hang the jury.

18. So you don't know, you assume. Did you know there are more Democrats in
DC than rethugs? And there are many jobs people can fill who don't have to admit or advance their political persuasion. People EARN their pensions,so I doubt they're in jeopardy. If I'm wrong, I'd like to hear about it.
