Richardson is doing better than I expected, Biden is doing worse
I've seen Bill Richardson on a few news shows and liked his performance. He comes off as smart and experienced,He will elevate any debates.

Poor Joe, I had high hopes for him but he just can't stop himself from stepping on his own (expletive deleted). He's looking rather pathetic despite a stellar resume. He will be the first to drop out.

Where is Tom Vilsack?

2. Richardson and Clark are my favorites
If either of them is the nominee, either one should consider the other for his V.P. short-list.

6. Definitely...

I could easily handle a ~~~ Richardson/Clark ticket!!

The applause was earth-shattering when Governor Richardson said today:

"We absolutely HAVE to nominate a candidate who doesn't just win in the blue states -- but who can win in EVERY state!!!"

..... Yep, that could work!

8. I like them. And as an added bonues they come from 2 flippable red states
NM is 5, AR is 6. If they kept Kerry's 252, they'd only need 7 more to win.

3. As far as performance today, Richardson (IMO) was by far the absolute BEST !!

Not only in content, but also in presentation. The guy has a serious sense of humor, yet he had more SUBSTANCE than anyone else there today.

If they re-run the forum on C-Span later, anyone who missed it should try and catch it!

Kudos to the NM Governor!! ~~~

5. I only caught the Mike Gravel presentation and was very impressed by him
As to Bill Richardson, he brings a very strong resume to the table, and a long list of accomplishments. He deserves serious consideration!

7. Richardson was doing well
until he decided to jump on the bash Obama bandwagon. That's one. If he comes out in favor of Hillary in any more of these dust ups, he'll be off my list permanently.

9. Nah!

He wasn't jumping on anyone's case..

He told George Stepo-whats-his-face that he wanted all Democratic candidates to promise they'd go through this campaign without trashing one another (or something to that effect)

Then George whats-his face asked him if he wanted "so & so with the Obama campaign to denounce what so & so said about the Clinton campaign"

Governor Richardson thought for a split second.. .. then jokingly said "Uh.. yeah, sure.. but I've been getting ready for this forum and haven't kept up on the news"

At which point the audience was rolling in laughter .. (as was the Governor and George what's-his-face. )

It was pretty evident to everyone that the Governor had no clue what the campaigns were bickering about.. but he had just finished saying that he didn't want any bickering.. so everyone there had a good laugh at the timing of the question.

I don't think he was jumping a "bashing bandwagon".. he just answered the question with a generic response indicating that he doesn't want any of the campaigns dumping on one another.

We got a pretty good laugh at his response on the forum thread at GD.

15. I just watched again
"Do you think Senator Obama should denounce Geffen's statements?"

Richardson: "Yes"

?????

Uh no, Hillary shouldn't try to drag everybody down into the dirt with her by concocting an attack that didn't happen. Maybe Richardson is slightly out of the loop. But if he does something like this again, he's out for me. No more Clintonism.

11. Did you catch Vilsack's closing comments today?

What a tear jerker..

He has an interesting background for sure. He also did a pretty good job on Jay Leno last week.

Hey.. Who knows?

gets a head of steam up.

16. Liked Biden a lot at the AFSCME forum
And that surprised me. It really did. I know he's not the most popular guy at the moment (and some would say, for good reason) but I was impressed by him there.

He only asked that we give him "the once over." Many have, and have chosen not to come back. Fair enough. I might take a second look.
