20 Minutes on the Nordic Track accompanied by the Dixie Chicks

I had a very liberal and award winning workout. I took the long way but I'm still not ready to make nice.

You must be exhausted! I bought one of those machines. They are very nice. Recently my Daughter-in-Law was kind enough to borrow it and it's folded up in her garage now.

4. I'm happy to say

my wife and I both use it. We have converted one of our bedrooms into a gym and its a joy to have a place convenient to go to burn a few calories and do some light lifting. She's not home when I use it so I get the stereo cranked up when I'm in there and she uses a headset to do her thing.

LA Fitness. Very chic, very "enhanced". I use the rowing machine and lift weights. Last month I was the buffest guy in the cardiac ward at the hospital. My Wife rides the stationary bike but slow enough so as not to lose any fat.

I think your program is likely to be more effective than ours.

6. When we lived

in Slidell, Louisiana (suburb of New Orleans) we lived right across the highway from a very nice gym, well equipped and it had a sauna and steam room which I used almost daily. One of the failings of a gym is if its not convenient to you you probably won't use it much. Ours is extremely convenient (right out my bathroom door) but I'd love to have that sauna. I'd sit in there and read the paper cover to cover. We have free weights, a lifting bench and one of those ab crunching torture racks as well as the Nordic Track. And the monthly fee is great. Hang in there.
