Ex-Agent Ties Firing to CIA Pressure on WMD/ accountability begins
A federal judge has ruled that a CIA agent identified only as "Doe," allegedly fired after he gathered prewar intelligence showing that Iraq was not developing weapons of mass destruction, can proceed with his lawsuit against the CIA.

2. no, he has nothing to do with the leak. the judge is going to great lengths
to protect this guys identity. no media within two blocks of his attorneys office. no sketches etc. Its in the article.
