1. He is on This Week on Sunday.
I wished he did not go on Imus. This guy is such a jerk.

4. Kerry's in full campaign mode - his campaign is to bring this war to an end.
He'll be doing the Dem radio address after Bush's this Saturday.

18. It's the driving reason for his decision. He has plenty of money and knows he can
ace the debates once they are all on stage together, but campaigning for president does prevent you from focusing on one serious issue. And he's been to too many funerals and met with too many world leaders and soldiers to not try and stop Bush's madness.

5. I like when JK goes on Imus.
Mostly because because his show is the one I watch in the A.M. getting ready for my day.

:hi:

8. I agree with you there..
Imus is setting up traps for everyone.

The other day he got Mary Matalin good about the Libby note!
I'll be she wished she never made that phone call.

Imus is on a tear. He's lashing out at all political stripes!

Kerry is a fool if he falls for it..

16. Imus is a jerk, but most of what he says about JK is towel-snapping. It's his schtick.
Being a jerk is his schtick, much like some old comedians who used needling people behind their backs and in front of them as their schtick.

I'd personally love the opportunity to snap back a few towels at Imus and Bernard myself.

6. Imus and This Week? Go, Senator go!!
We need Kerry out there pushing forward his "Set a deadline" plan to the American people getting them on board, so we can get out of this tragic war safely and soon!!

9. Not with Imus, he doesn't..
Imus will twist and turn Kerry's words.
If Kerry's smaht- He'll send in a statement..
and watch Imus dissect it on the air.

At least Kerry will have the chance for
a well thought out timely rebuttal..

12. Hehe, Understandable.
Sometimes Imus pisses me off beyond belief. But I think Senator Kerry will handle him alright.

13. Idiot Imus bashed the daylights out of Kerry during/after the election
Hopefully Kerry will remember that and exact a little sweet revenge on that dribbling asshole.

15. Has anyone told off that asshole to his face lately?
If anyone should tell him off, it's Kerry, after all the stuff Imus said about him on his show. It'll be interested to see if they go at it or if they're all warm and fuzzy Monday. I'll say they get all warm and fuzzy.

17. Imus usually isn't warm and fuzzy with Kerry.
Last time he was joking with Kerry because of the botched joke and basically playfully telling him to stop talking, and Kerry said he wasn't going to back down. And didn't Imus recently say something on air about THK, and Kerry called him to straighten him up?

If Imus wants to play dirty, the Senator should play dirty!!

22. Who said Kerry likes 'that asshat'?
Edited on Sat Feb-10-07 10:54 AM by Kerry2008
Kerry probably doesn't like Russert or MTP, but he goes on there too. It's all in getting a message out in any major viewership avenue you can. With "Set A Deadline" he could use Imus' radio listeners and MSNBC viewers to gain some attention to the website and get more people to co-sign the legislation.

I don't know if Kerry likes Imus. If he does, it's his business. Unlike some people, Imus is an ass to Democrats and Republicans alike. It's his persona, he's a total asshole. He can be very ignorant (after all he supported Lieberman and Santorum) but you know what you get when you go the Imus in the Morning show and a lot of Senators do. Like Joe Biden and Chris Dodd, whom are Imus regulars. It should be noted Imus has said on multiple occasions he likes John Kerry, and voted for him in 2004 (even though he ridicules that now) and most of the time he's mostly joking. But JK hasn't let him get away with stuff in the past, and I doubt he will Monday.
