shows us that 'globalization's' priorities are skewed to war, not uplifting education, infrastucture, healthcare, etc.

Dems should use this capital repatriation or an outright corporate tax on offshoring (capital/jobs) and put that money to the public's use instead of the goldplating of toilet seats etc the CEOs are up to.
