6. Clark is testifying....
in his capacity as NATO SACEUR. It's possible that he's entirely correct that NATO did not assist the KLA, AND that the US Government did, perhaps via the CIA or other covert organizations.

It's not perjury.

9. Where is the perjury?
Clark did not have anything to do with the KLA, and so testified. Nothing in the articles you cite prove that *CLARK* had anything to do with the KLA. I would suggest you look up the legal definition of 'perjury' before you toss the word about so casually.

7. Further details will never see the light of day
but my interest is piqued. Not to bash Clark, but there is so much that occurs behind the scenes.

12. Yeah, BushCo is trying to insure that his testimony never sees the light
Of day.

Could they be any more terrified of Clark?

14. I was going to be snide, but gave it thought.
If your confidence is this strong, you and others like you should be writing, asking for full disclosure on all documents from this time period. Are you doing that?

16. And why would we do that?
Apparently the message that was deleted made some allegations about Clark that don't fit in with the DU guidlines for this section of the board.

Be that as it may, if you have any problems with Clark's testimony you should feel free to follow up on it, and see if you can locate any documents that support this question.

For those of us who have no problems with it, what exactly would be our motivation to get involved?

15. I heard a segment on NPR today
about Clark's testimony. (I couldn't find a link so this is just my recollection fwiw) The reporter said much of the testimony will be broadcast overseas. She reported that the loathing Milosovic and Clark have for each other is palpable. They both referred to the other as war criminals. Then, she reported that Clark trapped Milosovic into admitting that he had prior knowledge of one of the major massacres where 90 men and boys were mudered. The reporter indicated that this was very significant and would help convict Milosovic.

Sorry this is so vague, but I only started paying attention when I realized what they were talking about which was well into the segment.
