CNN Montana numbers changing!!!

Not by much. 2 more for Tester, 1 more for Burns, but still 0% from Meagher, and all other precincts have already been at 100%. What the hell?

Don't they have less registered voters than the total difference between Burns and Tester right now?

7. If there is absentee ballots
that are usually counted late. I would think that has to be in Tester's favor.
