3. Print it out, save it on your computer too, and follow up

after the election - file a complaint with your election bureau. Get them to track down who sent it and go to your local papers and broadcast media with the information. Karl Rove started the GOP dirty tricks when he was in college and it has festered and metastisized like a cancerous growth ever since. Last presidential election the GOP papered Baltimore's black communities with a flyer combining the wrong day & date - told them the election was on a Wednesday, and also warned all to pay up all their back child support, alimony, criminal fines,unpaid rents, parking tickets, etc. before they voted or they'd be arrested.
