Analysis: Democrats Likely To Pick Up 23 Seats In House

With three weeks to go until Election Day, Electoral Vote.com has Democrats picking up 23 House seats -- more than the 15 needed to regain control.

It should be noted that the site only considers non-partisan polls.

1. I think the repukes have given up

on rigging all the elections required to maintain the House. I believe they are focusing on rigging just three election so they can keep the Senate. They are going to rig Tennessee, New Jersey and Virginia. People in these states need to keep an eye on everything.

2. i don't think we can make that assumption

in spite of a lot of anecdotal evidence, and some questionable moves by Blackwell and Harris, there hasn't been any actual proof of electronic or other rigging of an election.

i know this is not a popular statement on DU, but the closest thing to someone getting caught rigging is the New Hampshire phone jamming scandal, for which there were arrsets. I don't believe there have been any convictions yet.
