50. well, I had a scottie mix and he was wonderful

very friendly, intelligent, good with kids, and he was very good at protecting me except he
thought I was a terrible cook and he used to run away when I cooked but he would peek around
the corner because he thought that I would either make a tasty steak or burn down the house,
he wasn't sure which.

52. I will never forget the vet

I would take him for a walk and I would hear crunch, crunch and I would say what are you
eating and this guy answered me; he's eating a pretzel. Well, I lived a block from the
school and he was always coming up with cake and sandwiches. And the vet told me,
it's very unusual for a dog on a DIET to gain WEIGHT very pointedly, well, I walked him
3 miles a day but it was just one big all you can eat buffet to him.
