i have something bothering me
this morning,it may not be cause for concern, but after the book "state of denial" and the foley crisis unfolding, engulfing as many as 12 high ranking rethugs.where is karl?my concern is that he`s out plotting.whats coming next?are the dems ready for the counter attack?will pull out all the stops in the next 2 weeks?we need to stay focused on iraq, the deciders albatross and use the other things as side issues.speaking of a side issue, last week did anyone see the hasturd news conference and at the end he stated that one of the positive things this congress has done is to control spending.what fucking country is hasturd living in?excuse me please.thank you, peace.

1. In a way, they have controlled spending.
Domestic spending for social programs, veterans programs, education programs.....they've cut those "wasteful" programs to the bone.
What they haven't controlled is military spending, the nebulous "war on terra' and give-away programs to their corporate base.
In THEIR minds they're doing a great job controlling spending. It's just a matter of perspective.

3. Karl is not an evil genius.
He's just another dickhead appealing to the worst in people.

5. Karl's political machine is falling apart
A bunch of his bagmen are out of the game and under indictment. Rove is still not out of the woods with the Plame investigation because no one knows what Fitzgerald has on them and what he's going to do with it. The WH is getting hit from every direction all of a sudden.
My guess is that life is a living hell for Georgie and Karl and everyone else around the WH at the moment.

6. Hello? Hello? Karl is reeling
from the resignation of his right hand: Susan Ralston, over her being the "lunch meat" in a sandwich in which Karl and Jack Abramoff were the "bread".

Don't worry, my friend. Fat Boy Karl is not the "genius" he is made out to be. IOW, he cheats. And he ain't got much time to cheat lately because his office is now ground zero in the Abramoff scandal.
