Why Single Out Rummy ......
Rummy is a * minion. * is the commander-in-chief. Why don't we call for *'s resignation?

2. Perfect analogy.
I was going to say "Because we can."

Any dent we can make in this administration is an admission of wrong from them, and a chance to force them to change. We aren't campaigning, we are attempting to lesson the horrors of this administration as much as possible for the rest of its term. Forcing BushCo to change it's policies and dump some of its worst offenders has a chance to save lives. Calling for Bush to resign is a waste of time, and sign of frivolity from whomever makes the demand, thus weakening that person's clout. We can do it--we have no clout anyway. Heck, it's not even certain we have a vote anymore. But a Senator shouldn't go around making empty gestures, because then his or her serious gestures are easier to ignore.
