Does that mean that the Hague can now bring charges?

1. It certainly means Congress should
but don't bet the rent that they will. These do nothings would rather debate stupid homophobia and flag desecration amendments to the constitution.

4. Call Congress and DEMAND that they do their jobs by protecting
the Constitution! It shouldn't matter WHO is breaking the law, they need to be held accountable. Tell Congress YOU are holding THEM responsible for doing their jobs!
