Isn't Gen. Casey's proposal really "The Feingold Exit Plan?"
So then, let's call it just that. The Feingold Exit Plan. Or, if you feel the need to reference Gen. Casey when discussing Gen. Casey's proposal, "The Casey Timetable."

3. Casey exit plan
Isn't it funny, the house and senate election in November, and we'll pull down the troops to 100,000. What else would you expect to hear from Bush, Rove, Cheney, and their "merry Band of Idiots! you'd never see their Kids or any of the kids of members of congress going to war, if they think its such a noble cause, then let them send their kids!

Thus Gen Casey Plan vs Feingold, Murtha, etc.
