Set Your TiVo!
Governor Dean will field sports-related questions on ESPN2's "Quite Frankly with Stephen A. Smith" tonight at 11:00 PM.

Never watch ESPN, but this is just unusual. Talk about reaching out?

1. ESPN Schedule says 11:30.

This does seem odd. Kudos to him for trying, though.
On Edit, never mind...now it says the show is on at 11:00.

2. Great way to reach out imo. If we can't get sports fans to come to us,
let's go to them.

Absolutely!

3. You're right.
Just seems odd. I hope he is up to date on sports if that is what they are going to discuss.

4. Taped it while watching Gore. Not bad at all.
The Governor knows his sports. Not a bad appearance at all.

7. Hunter S. Thompson did plenty of politics for ESPN.
He worked as a columnist for them in the last few years of his life. He often combined politics and sports, which was a good way of getting our views out.

9. May be right.
I think the audience was not too sure how to react at first with all the negative press some of them have seen about him. Refused to discuss the Duke case, he said not enough was known. Said coaches were the first line against stopping stuff like this.

Good interview.
