MSNBC's gushing over "optimistic" America and "confident" Bush
"How does the president capitalize on this turn of good fortune?"

The answer: More stump speeches like this morning, telling the 'murcans that we killed Zarqawi and we're making progress, and that the tax cuts need to be made permanent, because that's why the economy is doing so well right now...those tax cuts. Millions of new jobs added, things are really great. Really.

:eyes:

I haven't looked at CNN and have stopped watching Fox, but MSNBC...so far...thinks Bush has "turned the corner" and Rove avoiding the perp walk, along with the other things mentioned above, represents happy days ahead for the Little Frat Boy Who Could.

1. Oh, just turn that thing off
or find an old movie to watch, or sports, or something.

The problem with our fine media gasbags is that if Stupid got filmed buggering a five year old boy on the White House lawn, they'd be sure to burble about his great love for little children.

All that cognitive dissonance is hurting you. Jon Stewart was right.

2. Meanwhile, MSNBC's own poll shows 82% think things aren't so
great in Iraq right now. Since Iraq is the #1 concern of most Americans, this evidence seems contradictory to their report about how optimistic we all are. They should get their lies straight before they air them.

MSNBC = Faux News wannabe... :eyes:

4. Turned a corner?
Just like all the corners we've turned in Iraq? I say, let them keep turning that corner. Things'll only get worse.

7. The murder of an irrelevant
jordanian and a 'that's a long way 2 go for a photo op in Iraq' moment & chuckle nuts is all better?

His speech 2 the troops yesterday was 9/11, lies, 9/11, lies, terrorists, 9/11, safety, lies. That's supposed 2 make it all better?

Looks like the Wednesday morning lutz/norquist talking points memo got out right on schedule.

8. I do their daily poll thing and I have yet to see any of this
"optimism" and pro-*ss support they are talking about. The polls are always anti-*ss.
