...not really a big deal.

2. Talk about looking on the bright side!
A Rove indictment would have been a HUGE help to our side, whether he was convicted or pardoned. Instead it will be a huge propaganda boost for the right wing.

This is a major loss for us and for justice. No way to spin it into something less.

5. I am sure that Rove is guilty.
He just did an excellent job of hiding the evidence. Without good solid evidence his conviction would be difficult.
