Well in Georgia old Ralph is running for Lt. Gov.and his signs are all over my county. I can not believe Repugs are so blind that they would support a non state person, a corrupt ass as well. I'd like to fashion a GREAT letter to the local newspaper. I have several drafts but they lack the punch and disgust I want to convey. Here's your chance to help a fellow DU'er scathe this a hole in the editorial pages. I will accepts all one liners, thoughts, links, etc. Heck write a whole letter and I'll attribute it to this forum! I was especially sick today when I saw a enormous Reed sign at the busiest intersection in the county with no Democrat sign within miles! We in GA can not have this guy in office. We have enough problems. Again this may be a bit unorthodox, but I'd like some great minds of this great forum contribute to a GREAT letter with facts a plenty to nail this little twerp! 3. I'd like a windshield flyer campaign

All over church windows every Sunday morning until the election, just like they do. Also, Dems tend to hit at the end because Democrats tend not to pay attention until the last minute. I'm guessing that anything done against Reed at this point should be very cost effective in order to gain any support from the local Dem Party. That or try to find wealthier Dems to buy those big signs and put them up.

If he wins this one, Ralphie is likely to succeed Sonny as gov in 2012.

I'm just laying it out as I see it. After Barnes was defeated, I remember one prominent Georgia Democrat saying something like, "we held them out of the governor's mansion for 100 years. Now I'm not confident we'll get it back in the next 100 years."
