1. It would ruin the party image
I'm a Clark supporter, but I'm glad that they are holding firm. It would look bad if they all left Dean out in the cold and had an exodus. Besides, Dean will drop out soon enough. They can switch then.

2. As am I.
While I like all the candidates, it was Howard Dean that got my juices flowing and I will stay the course. Nothing that I have seen, or heard, makes me want to jump ship. Right now, I am still Dean.

3. Absolutely!
I like and admire Dean, but I am leaning toward Clark at the moment, closely followed by Dean and Edwards.

If Howard had not run, this race would not have captured the excitement of so many Democrats.. those of us somewhat disillusioned with the power structure of our own party.

Democrats on the whole owe him a great big THANK YOU, if they don't reward him with the nomination. It may still be possible.
