OK, DUers, what's the RW spin on W's disastrous India trip?

Even the NY Times recalled Clinton's visit there 6 years ago fondly. Clinton was showered in rose petals (pic was on a DU thread yesterday; I printed it out just for the joy of it). GMC this morning showed W being burned in effigy.

Has anybody heard the RW spin on this trip (particularly the comparison to Clinton, which drives the wingnut up the walls)? If so, I need to know in advance of a LTTE I am writing.
