Join the arising Dean pheonix !
After reading the posts on Democratic Underground, I am convinced that Howard Dean is going to ressurect himself. For those of you who witnessed his performance, or perhaps would like to hear a similar great moment on the Sean Hannity show, you know what I'm talking about.

"As you know, Tim, I don't take it lightly when people go after me and eventually I'm going to respond...I don't lie down in front of people who want to run me over with a steamroller."
--Howard Dean, "Meet the Press" 2/1/04

2. Awesome!
Thanks so much for posting that.

I swear, he's reading my posts over here. I came up with "borrow and spend" and "credit card president" independently.

No matter what happens, if a fighting Dem wins the GE, it'll be because Howard Dean took the fight to the wingnuts.

4. I absolutely positively 100% agree with you on this:

"No matter what happens, if a fighting Dem wins the GE, it'll be because Howard Dean took the fight to the wingnuts."

I have been saying somehting similar to everyone who will listen ever since Iowa. Everytime someone asks me if I am disappointed, I tell them that noi matter what happens, Dean has CHANGED this race for the better.

3. Go here for link to Dean Meet the Press transcript, and AP "report"
Howard Dean really aced his Meet the Press Interview. His supporters are whooping and hollering for joy over it.

Go here to read the interview transcript if you missed the show: http://msnbc.msn.com/id/4112959/

But, what really sends me ballistic is how the AP writer handled it. Get a load of this: http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=514&e=6&u=/ap/20040201/ap_on_el_pr/dean_125

Let's face it. Objectivity in journalism is dead. When was the last time you read a piece that didn't obviously have an agenda, if only to titillate? How can we be a democracy without it?

7. Give that Yahoo story a rating of "1" to help keep it out of the...

9. Here's another "must see" link -- or must hear, as the case may be
Dean on Hannity
http://www.arthoward.com/audio/deanonhannity.ram

He kicks ass again. Doesn't let Hannity get away with anything. And people wonder who the BEST person to stand up to Bush would be. Dean: NO CONTEST!!

5. All those who keep declaring Dean
DOA at this point don't understand what he and his campaign are all about. He's focused on long term goals: first to get the nomination by amassing the number of delegates needed, and second to win the general election by standing up to Bush and revealing what a truly awful "president" that man has been.

It's not just about winning the first two or seven primaries. It's about going the distance.

I've been an avid Dean supporter for nearly a year now, and my admiration for him grows daily.

6. Me too, Shiela
And there's something more for me re Dean. Until I "found" Dean, every day was another day of horror and atrocities from the Bush administration.

THAT hasn't stopped, but at least every day there's something going on with Dean, the campaign, the bloggers, etc., that gives me hope and even on many days, joy. My mood and outlook are MUCH different thanks to Dean than they were a little over a year ago.

8. He could do that.
I don't buy media driven hoopla over "front runners" regardless of whose campaign they are currently pushing.

Kerry made a strong comeback; Dean can too. And so can any of the others in the race.
