If Kerry is running ads in all 7 states.......my question is....
where did he get this big infusion of $$ from. It can't be all from online donations. Is it mostly from his house mortgaging??? He had GOP money in NH (it was on the quiet, but it was there....my source is direct and impeccable.)

Some of the AZ and MO markets must be pretty expensive. So, what's the deal on the money? Does anybody have any insight?

1. Winning brings in money
Edited on Sun Feb-01-04 12:06 PM by quinnox
Kerry's fundraising skyrocketed after his twin wins in NH and Iowa.

That is how the game works, if you win the money starts pouring in, if you lose, the money drys up.

7. He took a 6 million dollar mortgage
Edited on Sun Feb-01-04 12:12 PM by nothingshocksmeanymo
For Kerry, who weeks ago literally bet his house on his presidential bid, taking out a $6 million mortgage on his Boston house, the victory puts him in a position to benefit from free media coverage, reap the benefits of a fund-raising machine that's gaining momentum, and introduce himself to voters who before now hadn't been paying much attention.

And has probably benefitted from his victories in the two states.

When you claim he had GOP money, are you saying Republicans (individuals)contributed to him or are you claiming the RNC financed his campaign?
