What is your theory?
What is your theory, your speculation of what really happened out there on 'hunting accident' day?
After all the info we've gathered, can you piece this together..and share what you think is the real truth.

My Theory:
Cheney and his hunting party, which included 2 women etc...were partying with beer and who knows what else. Cheney is a known 'drinker'! He was messing around with his gun and it accidentally went off and hit Witt. This delay, misinformation as been to allow everyone to get their stories figured out and straight in everyone's mind. Plus, very obviously Cheney would not have passed the breath test the cops would have used on him. He needed the hours to get his system cleared and everyone on the same page. The story concocted about a 90 ft distance, and all the rest just doesn't pass the smell test (at best).

I think this has all been about keeping the public from further realizing this 'Christian' Vice President is a drunk!! Pure and simple..

1. My theory is similar but
I think Cheney tripped because he was drunk and the gun fired.

I think the delay was caused by his blood alcohol level and the fact that the Ambassador to Switzerland was there and that info would come out and look bad. It seems Lynn Cheney was not there, nor was the Ambassador's husband. Ms. Armstrong can be exlained as she is the ranch owner. Perhaps Cheney didn't want Lynn to know who all was in the hunting party.

The whole story stinks and someone in the MSM will connect the dots, I hope.

3. Your theory sound reasonable
mine was more like the victim was dissenting about some unknown subject and Cheney decided to remind him who makes the rules. Something about Cheney just seems evil.

4. Cheney sleepy after the noon sex with girlfriend and 2 beers-shot Harry at
15 to 30 foot range.

Couldn't call police as he was trying to not embarrass his wife.

Fellow is dead - or if not dead, needs a face transplant, new liver, voice box (he is not speaking now is he).

Cheney likes to violate the law - so missing license stamp may have some other not quite in order fact that is being hidden.

Texas law says death of victim within one year and you get prison time. Cheney will have police state case closed and after Harry dies they will not arrest Cheney.

US Media will pretend nothing serious really happened - and go back to missing white girl/ ABC's pervert collecting via the internet/ and Olympics so we all forget the $9 BILLION stolen in cash from Iraq, the 4 permanent bases we constructed in Iraq, and indeed anything else the GOP wants our media to not mention - as we cut back the safety net some more so as to free up funds for tax cuts for the rich.

5. Veep had a few too many and accidentally hit Witt-Veep
walks around in an aura of foggy negativity-and it's not just because he is one half heartbeat away from the afterlife...he is such an arrogant isolationist, like the whole world rests on his shoulders...which is bullshit, he is in this for the $ and lifestyle-he is a 'coatailer' riding on the bush family favors/influence for decades.

6. Add to that, pResident Duh heard there was a shooting...
...wnet to bed without bothering to ask who got shot, or how, and left Karl Rove to try and arrange some spin....

7. My theory is pretty much the same as yours. I don't think he shot
Mr. Whittington on purpose, but I wouldn't be surprised to find that alcohol was a factor. After the impeachment of President Clinton, they wouldn't want the public to realize that their VP is a philanderer. There's a lot more here than meets the eye and the delay in reporting the incident gave them some time to cover their tracks and do a little CYA.
