1. Duncan sponsored the faux Murtha proposal to withdraw
IMMEDIATELY vs a strategic withdrawal Murtha was talking about.

4. And the media helped define it as surrender....no matter how many times
Murtha and others gave them the truth.

8. Yep. The media is a selective filter that allows much larger
GOP particles to flow through while often stopping even the smallest Democratic and/or liberal particles.

2. Agreed
Pitiful.

On the other hand, Hunter is getting a big opportunity to demonstrate what an idiot he is, and he's not wasting the chance!

5. All they do is attack attack attack.....
And we sit there politely...

Boxer should have just looked at him and said, what language was your translator on when Wolfowitz was speaking to the congress.... Cause mine was on English and he said the Iraqi Oil will pay for the war and the reconstruction....

13. And people actually thought that was a right thing...that Iraqi oil should
pay for the war and reconstruction. Amazing! We could illegally invade, slaughter, steal and the loot we steal should cover the costs incurred.

7. I just caught the end of this...Wolf put up the info about the oil money
Edited on Sun Feb-05-06 12:14 PM by Harper_is_Bush
and then cut off Hunter when he started to talk about something else.

And he gave Boxer the last word.

Watch stuff all the way through before coming to a conclusion I believe.

10. I am certainly no expert., but ...seemed as Wolf was tired of hearing ...
Hunter ramble on without answering the question of expenditures in Iraq.

Boxer was given an opportunity to speak, although Wolf did cut her off once with a commercial, without picking it back up.

11. One sided
But ratings are dropping, so the media has to change course. The honest polls show the right and Repubs are losing ground, so the media goes where the viewers are.

I think we'll continue to see this shift happen more frequently as public opinion continues to move.

I thought Boxer did a good job, especially when she said there's an open checkbook, and a black hole when it comes to military, at the expense of all else. Blitzer did clarify a misstatement from Boxer, which I thought was decent of him.

I've come to expect so little from the MSM lately...
