my only question for him and for all the senators who were in office in 2000 is why didn't you stand up with the representatives who contested the "vote" that put * in office? i know, i was able to overlook it in 2004 with kerry, but as time goes on and we are seeing the dismantling of what might be our entire way of life, i want an answer. why did the senators all sit back and let it happen?

which is understandable - but are the ones who are fighting * today, who must certainly be under the same threat, more fearless? or are they going through the motions and being allowed to go through the motions, with the understanding that nothing will come of their efforts? not giving it a full effort? we keep seeing all these false-starts, it seems, and nothing seems to come of them. i am so totally paranoid about this government but i don't think without good reason.

I see it as well. Its purposeful. They are following a plan. Its almost as if they are working for another government - another people - destroying our pillars.
