15 for Democratic control. Probably 100 for DU qualified progressive control.

We need six for Senate control. However, if we are to end up controlling at least one house of Congress, I don't think that we will have a "working majority" because we will owe our margain to Senators and Congressmen who are in red states and have to worry about re-election. Thus, Bush/Rove will still use the "obstructionist" label to neutralize the majority. Maybe I'm wrong though, since if we control the House or Senate, we control the committees and set budgets and legislation.
