So, while one mother who lost her son in the war gets applauded,
another gets dragged out in handcuffs. And the only difference between the two is how they feel about King George. That's what America has become. There aren't enough words to express my anger or tears to express my sadness. I feel like I'm losing my mind. What the fuck?
Bush quotes the dead soldier's letter--uses his words to promote a continuance of the war for specious purpose, but the words on Sheehan's t-shirt, a statement of fact, make her worthy of arrest.
In Bush's fascist America the killed soldiers whose parents support 'Ultimate Leader' are praised -- a parent that speaks truth to power is arrested.
We're seeing more and more of this. Veterans who support 'Ultimate Leader' are deserving of respect and honor -- vets who question the war are derided and ridiculed.
Everything in Bush's fascist state is political. There are good dead soldiers and bad dead soldiers, there are good veterans and bad veterans -- and which is which all depends on supporting the 'Ultimate Leader'.
