5. This happened to my mom...

the phone is her name and it's an unlisted number, but we went to a local place and when she looked at the receipt, it had her name and number on it.

And our last name is one that some people find very complicated to spell (but I don't understand that at all) and my dad used to have to spell it out everytime he ordered pizza. Now, they just verify the name.
