Can someone help me debunk this? My brain is tired and I'm just
not in the mood to give up

evidently you didn't read my posting about all the troubles with the FISA
courts and how the FISA court wouldn't allow Mousia's (the 20th hijacker) hard drive to be viewed and there was informtion to that could have prevented 9/11. It is made up of many of liberal judges. For the life of me I can not see how you get offended when these international calls (one end out of the USA) are tapped and this has prevented 9 (not 2 are stated earlier) saving many American lives."

I know I probabably should, but I've gotten good response to some arguements I've had with this idiot on another board from others who were on the fence about things or PM me off to the side to tell me that they never knew anything about something I've posted. One mind opens at a time.

2. The FBI didn't ask the FISA court to "view" it...
They didn't think they had enough cause to view it so they never asked.

3. Ask him to document the 9 cases prevented.....
never take a freeper's word for anything. Until he does, don't even address the issue.

then inform him since domestic calls within the US are often connected thru communication routers in foreign countries, they meet the requirement of an international call and are then subject to eavesdropping.

Ask him why the NSA won't release any information on these wiretapped calls to those congressman or senators with the sufficient security clearance.

Ask him why he trusts the chimp after all his lies that have been exposed.

Fuck it, I'll tell him myself. Could you post, or send me a PM, with a link?

4. ZERO FISA Applications were rejected in 2000, 2001, or 2002!! NONE!!
ALL applications for warrants have been APPROVED from 1979 through 2002!! The Bush/Cheney regime has been applying and obtaining FISA warrants THREE TIMES AS MUCH as prior administrations, ON TOP OF THE UNWARRANTED SURVEILLANCE they've been conducting!
