I know BUSH's "secrect" tactics regarding Wiretapping

Bush keeps saying that he cannot go into detail about their exact tactics because "the enemy" will find out and change their patterns to avoid detection.

Well, I now know exactly what those "sooper sekrit" tactics are.

Bush thinks that al-Queda is operating under the belief that Bush has to follow American laws. Because al-Queda believes this, they will do things that a legal investigation could not capture. As a result, Bush's "sekrit" plan is to actually do something illegal (aka domestic wiretapping) to catch al-Queda by surprise.

In other words, Bush's "sekrit plan" is to break the law to surprise the terrorists.

After all, everyone knows that terrorists are still using the phone to plan their attacks in the USA now that this wiretapping story is out..... :sarcasm:
