you know the one where Frist and DeLay were 'day trading' out of their offices on Capitol Hill?

I need to visit the blogspot Daily Delay again -- i think there was a Delay Watch too.

5. Turns out it wasn't illegal
I know it sounds nuts, but it's not technically insider trading. As long as they don't lie about it to investigators or a grand jury, it just stinks.

If you think, "There ought to be a law" ... you're right. But right now - there ain't.
