Poll- How do you view partisan divide in Senate Committee vote on Alito?
Justified, given his refusal to discuss his views on a number of key issues.
42%

Sour grapes on the part of the Democrats, given his solid credentials.
56%

Not sure.

2. Just to remind you guys that most of the people who
vote on the internet are Republican. This always skews the results in their direction. Many minorities do not own a computer.

4. Unjustified.

If Republicans were true to their conservative beliefs they would oppose an nominee that endorses a unitary executive. They are clearly putting partisanship ahead of their own values, and they are not justified in doing so.

6. Yeah, let me try it
- Justified, given the fact that many of the nominee's statements at the hearings have been proven to be lies

- Partisan, since the Democrats realize that another SMirk appointee on the court will signify the end of fair elections

- No opinion
