There are More Phone Calls to Confirm Alito than to Filibuster
SO PICK UP THE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just talked to someone in a democratic senator's office and the calls they are getting for him to vote to CONFIRM "far outnumber" the calls to filibuster!!!

What is everyone waiting for??????

8. i'd say call them all----- including the republicans over the weekend
we're going to get answering machines and voice mail to leave messages so you won't have anyone asking what your zip code is and discounting your opinion because you're out of state or a blue stater.

the one dems office i'm referring to -- i was told that senator will probably vote against alito. but the point is this office is getting more calls to confirm alito.

3. Unfortunately the media has done a real number on us.
I've talked to a few die-hard Democrats today and they have totally swallowed the Corporate Media version. It's sickening.

13. What? So they're just like
"Uh, I guess it's inevitable..." and not doing anything about it? The Dems let the Repubs win so often when all they have is empty bluster. Regardless of what the media says, we should all call as many Senators as possible over the next week. No matter what.

7. Out of 42 Senators that I called today Kerry was the only one
who didn't have anyone picking up his phones or at least have an answering machines or voice mail so i could leave a message!

12. i hope so. i've called nearly half of the entire senate today
and am planning to call the rest (republicans included) and leave messages on their answering machines.

11. The Focus on the Family has huge ads in papers all over.
They are really pushing this. The congress should know though by now that it is a drive by Dobson's group. I told Bill Nelson's office that, and they already knew.
