Lynn Gibson, the former Director of the Young Leaders Program at The Heritage Foundation,
is now the new Special Assistant for Conservative Outreach at the Department of Labor.

2. I'm confused.
I thought the entire Department of Labor under Bushco was "conservative outreach."
