Scooter finds a new gig.
How can anyone saddled with a moniker like "Scooter" be part of a think tank. They provide Scooter's bio at the Hudson Institute site and it was pretty impressive except they neglected to mention that he is under indictment. I'm sure it was just a slip-up.

Micheal Brown is now a consultant for disasters, Scooter's landed in a think tank.....Jeff Gannon must be up for a pulitzer. Strange world.
Splat!

Time For A Soft Landing ...
Scooter's A Think Tank Scholar!

Scooter has managed to land a job. He's going to be a "scholar" at right-wing think tank The Hudson Institute. Hudson is known for housing such bright lights as Robert Bork and Meyrav Wurmser (neocon wife of neocon David Wurmser).

Wonder how much Scooter is pulling down?

1. I suppose it's a nice place to hang out
while you're waiting for your room assignment at sing-sing..
.. You know, big upholstered chairs, good booze, fine cigars etc...

.. funny picture, hiding out behind that curtain, "hope no one notices me back here"...

3. Nice to see Scooter being so well protected
Everyone wants to be nice to the fall guy I suppose. Too bad the rest of the aspens are going to fall with him anyway.

4. this is an absolute scream
The pic: "Scooter," trying to look like a serious thinker.

OMG, whenever I think these R-Wnutz can't come up with anything more ridiculous, they surprise me!

Cher

p.s. I agree the curtain thing is funny, too! Subconsciously, it's a reminder that Scooter was (a) man behind the curtain.

6. they protect their own
i was reading a blog (forgot which one) about the right wing movement and one line really struck me - (parapahrase) "the only unforgiveable crime of the right wingers is disloyalty to the movement."
