The Democrats NEED to show up in full force, standing in solidarity over an evil and corrupt self imposed ruler. Don't sink to levels to try to interupt the proceeding without cause, but every time Herr Chimporer tells a lie, the Democrats need to start coughing. Don't carry it on too long, just enough to get the point across! Remember, it's not how long you get to laugh at him, but how many times!! The best way to start would be for maybe just a few to start coughing with the first lie he tells. This will inspire the rest to follow along, and with each new lie, we will have a few more coughing for us. By the time his speech is done, the Dems wil be coughing their heads off and we will all be rolling on the floor watching it live!! Talk about a concentrated effort!

needle than to get that to happen. The institutional imperative is too much.
